School Info

Walsh Public operates on a 5-day cycle.

School begins at 8:50 a.m.  

The first break is from 10:30-11:15 a.m.  Students have recess outside for 25 minutes, followed by 20 minutes to eat.

The second break is from 12:55-1:40 p.m. Students have recess outside for 25 minutes, followed by 20 minutes to eat.

The school phone number is (519) 426-3716.  Please call in the morning if your child will not be attending school.  This will prevent the secretaries having to call your home to verify.

All visitors and volunteers to the school must sign in upon arrival at the office.  They must submit a valid police check, and will receive a lanyard to wear.  This is to ensure the safety of all our children!

Dismissal is at 3:20 p.m.  Buses will meet the students at the front of the school.  If you need to pick up your child early for an appointment, please write a note in the agenda so that we can have them ready at the office for sign out.
